Update phone number

Updates user's phone number.
This phone number would be later used to delivery OTP codes for various actions confirmation.
It is recommended to confirm the phone number using Confirm Phone Number endpoint after updating it, though, in case you have your own confirmation process in place you can specify is_confirmed parameter as true and skip this step.
